So this Spirit Two Kevlar Ultralight Canoe took a high flyer off the top of my trailer yesterday. The top of the trailer has to be 10 feet or so and the speed I was going had to be close to 70mph. A strap snapped when I was passing a semi truck. Luckily nobody was following close behind me at the time. The amazing thing is, is that I could most likely paddle it right now if I had to. A new set of gunwales and some patches and it will be back on track.
